About the name

 

Originally, The name of the site was written like “Boo木”, as it was meant to be a pun with two words: book, in English, and 木 (ki), which means “tree” in Japanese. It is a neologism to connect the ideas of literature and environment, the two leading topics I aim to address here.

 

However, since “Boo木” was not an intuitive reading, I decided to change and write the way it is pronounced. Nevertheless, the meaning is still hidden there.
